At our Digital School, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances change, and we have designed our refund policy to be fair and transparent for all parties.

Our Core Principle

You only pay for the educational services you receive. If you decide to withdraw before or during your program, we will calculate your refund based on the classes you have actually attended.

Refund Eligibility

You ARE Eligible

  • Cancellation before any classes begin
  • Medical emergencies with documentation
  • Relocation to unsupported region
  • Technical issues preventing platform access (unresolved after 7 days)
  • Program cancellation by the school
  • Withdrawal during active enrollment

You are NOT Eligible

  • Completed programs or courses
  • Cancellation after final class
  • Account suspension due to policy violations
  • Failed exams or unsatisfactory grades
  • Change of mind after program completion
  • Non-attendance without withdrawal request

How Refunds Are Calculated

The Formula

Refund Amount = Total Paid (Classes Completed × Price Per Class)

Step-by-Step Breakdown

  1. Determine Total Amount Paid: This includes all payments made for the program (enrollment fees, monthly payments, etc.)
  2. Count Classes Completed: We calculate the number of live classes you attended or had access to
  3. Calculate Per-Class Cost: Total program cost divided by total number of classes
  4. Subtract Used Services: Multiply classes completed by per-class cost
  5. Refund Remaining Balance: Any remaining amount is refunded to your original payment method

Example Calculation

Scenario: Full School Programme ($80/month)

  • Total Paid: $240 (3 months)
  • Total Classes in 3 Months: 48 classes
  • Classes Completed: 20 classes
  • Price Per Class: $240 ÷ 48 = $5/class

Calculation:

Refund = $240 − (20 × $5)

Refund = $240 − $100

Refund Amount: $140

Full School Programme ($80/month)

  • Classes Per Month: 16 classes (4 per week)
  • Per-Class Rate: $5.00
  • Refund Window: Anytime during enrollment
  • Processing Time: 7-10 business days

Exam Prep Intensive ($60/month)

  • Classes Per Month: 12 classes (3 per week)
  • Per-Class Rate: $5.00
  • Refund Window: Until program completion
  • Processing Time: 7-10 business days

Special Topics On-Demand ($25/session)

  • Refund Policy: Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before session
  • No Refund: For completed sessions or late cancellations
  • Reschedule Option: Free rescheduling with 24 hours notice
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days

Weekend Breakthrough Classes ($40/month)

  • Classes Per Month: 8 sessions (Sat & Sun)
  • Per-Class Rate: $5.00
  • Refund Window: Anytime during enrollment
  • Processing Time: 7-10 business days

Career Guidance & Mentorship ($70/month)

  • Sessions Per Month: 4 sessions
  • Per-Session Rate: $17.50
  • Refund Window: 6-month program duration
  • Processing Time: 7-10 business days

Important Note

This refund policy applies to ALL our programs uniformly. Whether you're enrolled in the Full School Programme or Special Topics On-Demand, the principle remains the same: you only pay for services received.

Special Circumstances & Exceptions

Medical Emergencies

In case of serious illness or medical emergency preventing participation:

  • Full refund possible with medical documentation
  • Option to pause enrollment instead of withdrawing
  • Resume when ready without re-enrollment fees

Technical Issues

If platform technical issues prevent access:

  • Report issue within 24 hours of occurrence
  • Allow 7 days for resolution
  • Full refund if unresolved after reasonable attempts
  • Affected classes not counted toward usage

School-Initiated Cancellations

  • 100% refund if program cancelled by school
  • No deduction for completed classes
  • Immediate processing (3-5 business days)
  • Option to transfer to alternative program

Natural Disasters or Force Majeure

  • Case-by-case evaluation
  • Flexible refund or deferment options
  • Extended deadlines for decision-making

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I paid for 3 months upfront but only completed 2 weeks of classes?

You would receive a prorated refund. We'll calculate the number of classes completed in those 2 weeks, deduct their cost, and refund the remainder.

Can I get a refund if my child simply doesn't like the program?

Yes, you can withdraw at any time. The refund will be calculated based on classes completed, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.

Do recorded class views count as "completed classes"?

No, only live class sessions count. However, if you attended the live session, it counts even if you also watched the recording later.

What if I forget to cancel but don't attend any classes?

If you paid but never logged in or attended any classes, you're eligible for a full refund. However, if classes were available and you simply didn't attend (but could have), those may be counted as delivered services.

Can I transfer my enrollment to another student instead of getting a refund?

Yes! Contact our support team. Enrollment transfers are allowed and there's no additional charge if done within the same billing period.
